Green Frog Genovate RS Aero UK Northern Championship
at the Ullswater YC Easter Regatta
Sounds like there was a bit of everything at Ullswater, but it is always beautiful there.
Thanks to Goldilocks for the event report, Green Frog Genovate for their support of the RS Aero Class and wonderful new trophy and to Ullswater YC for being excellent hosts.

RS AERO NORTHERN CHAMPIONSHIPS - Social Plan
Ben is on the case, attending to the apres sail....
FRIDAY 14th- Night at the club, please pre-book fish and chips before 2pm.
SATURDAY 15th
- 7pm Meal at the club £4.50 per person (Spagetti Bolognese) pre book before 2pm on the day.
SUNDAY 16th
- Pooley Bridge Night, Meeting at the Pooley Bridge Inn at 6:45pm for dinner please let Ben know 07814634892 as need to pre book. Then onto the pubs after!!

Ullswater Yacht Club are hosts of our Green Frog Genovate UK Northern Championships, 14-17 April, as part of their popular Easter Regatta. They were recently crowned with the accolade of RYA Club of the Year 2017.
Ullswater Yacht Club were specifically recognised for their efforts in increasing participation. Having started 2016 deep in flood water, the club members rallied together making a huge effort to get up and running for the start of the season. As the RYA's Chris Blackburn concluded; "It is the people not the building that makes the difference to a club".
Every Club and Class has some big personalities and we are fortunate to benefit from some massive ones in the RS Aero Class Worldwide. Check out the RS Aero Class' very own Julie Archer, thrilled to receive the prestigious award alongside her deserving Ullswater clubmates at the recent Dinghy Show.
Treat yourself to a delightful Easter weekend in Lakeland with new lambs, blossoming daffodils and lots a RS Aero racing to spring into the new season under their beautiful backdrop!

Ullswater Easter Regatta & Good Friday Training
14-17th April
Get fresh for the new season with a day's training on Good Friday followed by 3 days racing, Saturday-Monday, in this magnificently beautiful location for the RS Aero Northern Championships at Ullswater YC, the 2017 RYA Club of the Year, for the first stage of the 2017 RS Aero UK Northern Circuit.
We are very fortunate to have Green Frog Genovate supporting the RS Aero UK Northern Championships and each of the other five events in the UK Northern Circuit this year! Green Frog Genovate are at the fore front of innovate power generation. They offer Clients a full range of services across the UK from a straightforward single generator service agreement through to a complex multi generator power station installations and everything in between. Green Frog Genovate will arrange a fine array of trophies and prizes for the budding circuit in its second season. In addition sponsor stickers will be available at each event and a prize will be awarded for the best photograph of the year including the Green Frog Genovate logo!
Last year Harry Jones of Draycote won the handicap fleet in an RS Aero 7 at the Ullswater Easter Regatta with a great impromptu turnout of 5 RS Aeros in March.
In 2017 Easter is much later. Spring will be in full swing and Lakeland will be bursting with new lambs and daffodils!
