A refined group of RS Aero sailors were greeted by perfect conditions of glorious sunshine with a fresh breeze and a warm friendly welcome for the RS Aero Eastern Area Championships held at Hunts Sailing Club. The racing was incredibly close throughout the day, with many of the places and prizes determined by the last race using count-back.....

Thanks to Hunts Sailing Club and all their volunteers for an excellent day and to Rooster for their prizes.
Next up for the UK RS Aeros is the Sustainability Open at Spinnaker SC on 15th Oct and Burton SC on the 16th, together with the UK Youth Team Winter Training starting on 15/16th Oct at Lymington Town SC. The following weekend, 22/23rd Oct, is the Inland Champs at Draycote. RS Aero UK Events List

Hunts Sailing Club is proud to be hosting the RS Aero UK Eastern Area Championships for 2022 on Saturday 1st October.
The club's RS Aero fleet has been going from strength to strength in recent years, creating one of the largest fleets in the east.
The club is coneniently located a short drive from the A1 on the outskirts of the market town of St Ives in Cambridgeshire.
The plan is to have two races in the morning followed by a nice lunch break, then two races in the afternoon. The format of the racing will confirmed on the day, depending on the weather and number of entries for each rig size.
Please get your entries in as soon as possible, paying at the club on the day. Entry closes at midnight on 28th September. It's only £10 entry, so likely the cheapest event on the circuit!
