When I bought my Aero the cunningham was fitted with an elastic loop around the mast button. This makes it easier to release the cunningham, but limits the maximum travel of the cunningham because the block cannot move above the mast button.
I could therefore increase the cunningham travel by removing the loop and shortening the primary line to bring the block closer to the sail cringle.
Is the elastic loop a common setup or would I be better off to remove it and increase cunningham travel?
Thanks
