Iain advises;
'My top tip would be HYDRATE!
Whatever age or ability level you are at, drink plenty before you go on the water and between races. As in any sport, dehydration has a detrimental effect on physical performance and ability to concentrate.
Even though there are conflicting issues here for some more senior gentlemen (speaking from experience), hydration is more important than the inconvenience!
Once on shore hydration becomes *beeration, something the RS Aero class is very good at, especially on the UK Northern circuit!'
