Hi Pete.
My Aero is up for sale. New in Sept 2015, sail number 1742. It has the mast collar, plus both 7 and 9 rigs. Both sails had the larger bolt rope recall before they were used. Comes with the complete package, cover, launch trolley, padded spare bag and foil bags. Very little used as I managed to get a crew for my Albacore just after buying the Aero and have been racing the Alb since then. Its at Broadwater Sailing Club, near the M25 and M40 junction. Asking £5900.

I currently have a Aero 7 for sale £4250 ono #1079, under & over covers, foil
bags, mast bag. Only light use over the last 2 years and garage stored
during winter.
The changes since this boat are the trolley height was slightly raised and
the deck collar added, neither affect the sailing.

Hi, I am looking into getting an Aero. Preferably with a 7 and 9 rig (weigh in at 82kg). What things should I be looking at when buying a second hand boat? I appreciate the oldest of boats are only a couple years old, but have heard that a couple of things have been changed like trolley design and the collar around the mast to prevent excessive wear which was coming apart/riding up the mast. I'd also be interested if anyone has that package up for sale at the moment. I currently live in Essex but I am willing to travel a few hours in any direction for the right boat at the right price.
