Hi Davot,
I believe that they operate as both a sailing and watersports school and also as a sailing club. They are also the importer of RS Sailing dinghies for Japan.
They orgainise race events for RS dinghies four times a year and their main RS Japan Open is coming up on 16-19th November which for the RS Aeros this year in 2023 will be the first RS Aero Japanese National Championships!

Hayama has the main RS Aero fleet in Japan with just a few in other locations.
It was great to see several of their sailors competing at this year's World Championships in Sardinia as well as iatvthe RS Aeron Worlds in Australia in 2019.

You can contact them with your enquiry via these links;

Hi,
I see there was a RS Aero regatta in the past at Hayama. Can someone who attended describe the nature of the "sailing club" there as their website confuses me. Does it operate like a normal sailing club where you can bring your boat and race in organized club races?
Are there other places in Japan that have an Aero fleet and club activities?
