Irish RS Aero Travellers Series 2023
Great to see thirty-three entries taking part in this year's events of the Irish RS Aero Travellers Series, plus visitors from the UK. The highlight of the season was a record attendance of twenty-four boats at the Irish Nationals in the National Yacht Club, Dun Laoghaire.
Congratulations to Daragh Sheridan on the Irish Series win with four 1sts placings and a 3rd place at the Nationals. 2nd overall was Noel Butler with Sarah Dwyer in 3rd.
In addition to the activity within Ireland a team of six Irish competed at the 2023 RS Aero World Championships in Calasetta, Sardinia and Irish sailors enjoyed travelling to support events in UK, USA and Italy throughout the year.
2024 promises to be another exciting year at home and abroad for the Irish with a splendid selection of home regional opens, an Irish Champs at Howth on 15/16th June and an exciting choice of international regattas and major Championships to visit abroad.
