Velka Cena - YC Dyje Breclav, Pavlov, Nove Mlyny, Czech Republic, 20/21st May

The Czech RS Aeros enjoyed another nice weekend at Velke Cena, alongside the RS Vareos, RS700s and 29ers.

With corrected time scoring three different rig sizes were represented on the podium. Congratulations to Sylvia Mrazova 1st overall in her RS Aero 6.  Petr Briza took 2nd in his RS Aero 7 and Petr Bryx took 3rd in his RS Aero 9. The RS Aero 9s were the largest Class this time!

Sylvia's result has come from 8 years of steady improvenment in the RS Aero Class. She jubulantly commented;
''The RS Aero 6 rig paid off more for me, getting me to first place in the variable, gusty wind. It was less windy in the first two races and I still kept up beautifully with RS Aero 7s. Then when it got windier and the shifts and gusts came, it handled all the unexpected changes much better and was definitely more comfortable for my weight, height and small experience.''
