Yarrawonga ANZAC Regatta - Yarrawonga YC, VIC, Australia, 29/30 AprilCongratulations to Simon Wilkins (Westernport YC, VIC) in his RS Aero 9 on winning the Monohull division at the Yarrawonga ANZAC Regatta!
It was a close fought race against the clock with the Impulses that came down to a last race showdown. Simon nailed it winning 3 of the 5 races in total and winning the final race by his best margin.
Simon sums it up;
Saturday - Slightly chilly but sunny morning. The wind was a little bit unpredictable all afternoon.
Sunday - Nice breeze but a bit chilly
A good second day and good overall result for me! at YYC Yarrawonga Yacht Club
Another great ANZAC regatta done and dusted at this really fun country sailing club with powered camping at the water’s edge next to the clubhouse. Thank you to all the volunteers!
