RS Aero UK Northern Championship - Yorkshire Dales SC, West Yorkshire, Saturday 4th June

Fantastic days racing at Yorkshire Dales SC with 13 RS Aeros (5, 6 & 7 rigs represented). 4 races were held in total, 2 races with a nice break for lunch and then a further 2 races to follow. All in an exciting force 4-5bft with the Yorkshire Dales providing a spectacular backdrop as always.

Congratulations to William Bailey (Yorkshire Dales) for winning the event in his RS Aero 5 on corrected time. Nice to see two new RS Aero 6s competing with Tom Penty (Beaver) taking 2nd and Cathy Lunn mid fleet on this occasion. 3rd place went to Terry Pressdee (Yorkshire Dales) in his RS Aero 7.

Thanks to all at Yorkshire Dales SC for a great event and to Rooster & Selden for providing some of the prizes. In true YDSC style no one went home empty handed and everyone went home having had a great day out racing!
