Whiskeytown Regatta - Redding, California, USA, May 28/29
Stunning RS Aero photos from the hills of Northern California!

Thanks to Mike Josselyn for his summary report;

Northern California RS Aero Fleet sailed the Whiskeytown Sailing Club Memorial Regatta May 28-29. Ten boats with a mixture of RS Aero 7 and 9 sailed with variable winds from calm to 10 knots and from all directions.

Very competitive sailing was enjoyed along with the breath taking mountain backjdrop. Six boats placing in the top three in at least one race and two tie-breakers were required after six races.

Congratulations to local boy, Steve Smith, who won followed by newcomer to the fleet Alex Lowry, and old hand, Craig Perez in third. The shared campsite allowed lots of time to debrief and tell tales!
