Filey Regatta - North Yorkshire, UK, 31 July - 1 Aug
A small contingent of RS Aeros supported the Filey Regatta this year on the re-scheduled later date of 31 July / 1 Aug.
In the slower PY fleet William Bailey (Yorkshire Dales SC) in his RS Aero 5 took 3rd overall. A rapidly ascending results line of 9,7,4,2 suggests that he was quickly getting the hang of it and that if the series can gone on much longer he might of come out on top!
In the fast PY fleet Nick Craven was returning home from Paignton SC for some real weather and beer! A consistent series by him and Tom Penty (Beaver SC) saw them 4th and 5th overall with Richard Butler (Covenham SC) mixing it on Day 1 too.
