With five first places, Leopoldo Sirolli (Tognazzi Marine Village) was the undisputed winner of the second stage of the RS Aero Italian Circuit which took place on Saturday and Sunday in Santa Marinella with 21 RS Aeros enjoying the start of the season.

A first day of light wind allowed the holding of only one race, while on Sunday the Race Committee managed to complete four races with light wind, but enough for the RS Aero racers to spend a weekend dedicated to sport. outside. Sirolli also won the victory among the Under 21s and the RS Aero 7 category, ahead of Francesca Ramazzotti of the Veliamoci ASD club, who she also won 2nd place overall on compensated times and 1st place for women.

3rd in the RS Aero 7 class went to Sandro Paglialunga of the Loano Nautical Club. Filippo Vinci of Lni del Sulcis, already winner of the first stage, held last weekend also in Santa Marinella, had to settle for fourth place, which in any case allows him to position himself at the top of the provisional classification of the circuit. Among the Masters Stefano De Carolis (Tognazzi Marine Village) is confirmed as number one.

In the RS Aero 5 category Alice Sussarello (Lni del Sulcis) managed to snatch the top of the standings by only one point from her club mate Ludovica Cui, winner of the previous stage, who left behind with a detachment Benedetta Sechi of the Veliamoci ASD club.

Satisfied with the participation and the number of races run the president of the Italian RS Aero Class, Guido Sirolli, also in the regatta said: "We have to thank the organizing clubs and the Race Committee who, despite the light wind, managed to give us a fun racing weekend on the sea.
