POSH Regatta, Paignton, Devon, UK
Congratulations the Greg Bartlett on 3rd place overall from 39 entries in the mixed fleet in this RS Aero 9 at Paignton's POSH Regatta and to Ellie Craig of Draycote who finished 1st RS Aero 7 and 1st Lady overall in 8th place.
Thanks to Ellie Craig for her summary;
POSH was a weekend of sun, fairly light winds and 6 excellently run races. On Saturday the wind was coming off the land so getting the shifts right was key. Greg Bartlett and Richard Watsham in RS Aero 9 rigs were towards the front of the fleet, and Ellie Craig not too far behind in an RS Aero 7.
Sunday gave us a north-easterly breeze which brought challenging chop into the mix. Again, Greg and Richard were up at the front and Ellie following. Ewan Gribbin was also sailing well in a RS Aero 7 rig.
Overall a great weekend of racing!
