Write-Up
Pacific Coast Championships - Columbia River Gorge, Oregon, USA, July 27-29
Thanks to Derek Bottles for his summary;
Typical Colombia Gorge Sailing over three days, warm wind in the 18-22 range for the first two days and 10-12 on the last day. Good food, good beer at the Brewery, nice warm fresh water in one of the prettiest places anywhere. We all sailed 7's to keep the fleet even. Dalton Bergan was in a class of his own having downwind boat speed to spare, I tried to keep him honest by getting to the weather mark ahead of him from time to time but had no answers downwind. Todd sailed a very strong regatta to take 3rd.
