Seattle POD Regatta, WA, USA
Whilst the RS Aero North American Championship was occurring in the south, in the far Pacific Northwest the Seattle fleet were holding their annual Puget Sound One Design regatta.
 
Jim Barrett pulled of a good win with four 1st places in his series.
 
Meanwhile in Texas at the North American Champs two of Seattle's finest were competing with Jay Renehan finishing 1st '9' and 2nd overall and Derek Bottles 3rd '9' and 6th overall.
