Hempstead Harbour Laser and RS Aero Regatta, NY, USAGreat to see 10 RS Aeros racing with the Lasers out of Glen Cove, New York. Here are some accounts of the day;
Anne Kochendorfer; 'Thanks to all who came to Hempstead Harbour Club today for our Ward Bell regatta. A big thanks to Marc Jacobi for bring the trailer of 10 boats. We had 10 boats. The wind took awhile to fill in but we got three races in. 2 are missing from photo. They had left for the long drive home.'
Alicia Martorella; 'Thank you, Anne and the team at HHC for hosting, and to Marc and RS for the boat charter. Can't wait to do it again!'
Marc Jacobi; 'Great fun to meet so many enthusiastic new Aero sailors. Racing was really close too: only three points separated the top four boats!'
Next up in the USA's North East is the Massapoag YC Annual Regatta on Sep 9/10. in Sharon, Boston, MA where charter RS Aeros will be available again.
