New Zealand inaugural RS Aero Class Championship - Murrays Bay SC, Auckland, 30Apr-1May

The Kiwi RS Aero fleet launch their inaugural Class Championship at
Murrays Bay Sailing Club on 30Apr-1May with the RS Aero increasingly embedding in the Auckland race scene.

Maraetai youth sailor Kate Rasmussen is one of the newest owners, adding an RS Aero to her repertoire that also includes the RS Feva and Starling.

Northcote-Birkenhead Yacht Club Commodore Chris Bowman took ownership of a boat last week. Waiuku based sailor and coach Hamish Cossey has also purchased an RS Aero.

The RS Aeros enjoyed great success at the inaugural ‘Bridge to Bean’ event before Christmas, taking first and second place in the B division and several owners sailed recently as a fleet at Northcote & Birkenhead Yacht Club.

Kiwi sailors can find out more information and availability on the RS Aero class in New Zealand by contacting local RS dealer NZ Sailcraft . There is currently still some availability on RS Aeros left from the latest shipment.
