Filey Regatta - North Yorkshire, UK, 21/22 May
Another fantastic Filey regatta took place over the 21/22nd May weekend, enjoyed by all. Excellent sailing conditions for both days. Very well attended and the club was thriving all weekend from start to finish with amazing catering and a great bar. Six RS Aeros joined the 30 boat mixed class PY fleet and were holding their own at the end of Day 1.
Congratulations to Gareth Williams (Leigh & Lowton) on 2nd overall in his RS Aero 7, only beaten by occasional RS Aero sailor and 420 Youth Champ, Alice Davis. Thomas Penty (Beaver) took 5th and top RS Aero 5 in 7th overall was Emily Watson (Llanfairfechan).
