Massapoag YC 72nd Annual Regatta - Boston, MA, USA, Sept 11/12
11 RS Aeros competed at the Massapoag Yacht Club Annual Regatta in Sharon MA with sailors coming from CT, RI, MA, NH and NY for the 10 race series. 3 new RS Aero sailors joined to race in their first RS Aero regatta!
It was a great regatta with glorious sunshine blessing the 62 boats. Sailors enjoyed the world famous Massapoag YC hospitality with the regatta dinner of lobster, steak and chicken with an ice cream sundae bar!
Congratulations to Phil Myerson (Cedar Point YC, CT) for taking the overall win in his RS Aero 7 from John Eckart (Massapoag YC, MA) in 2nd who has the first RS Aero 9. Eric Aker completed the podium in his RS Aero 7.
