RS Aero Swedish Class Championships Ljungskile
5/6th August
The Swedish RS Aero Class are welcoming competitors to Sweden to sail their Swedish RS Aero Class Championship in Ljungskile on the west coast to the north of Gothenburg. Racing commences on the 5th August alongside the RS Tera Worlds 2019.
23 RS Aero sailors are signed up representing Sweden, Norway, Holland and the UK with August a splendid time to visit Sweden.
From Norway the long distance sailor, Magne Klann, is to try his hand at RS Aero racing after sailing his incredible journey southwards down the whole length of Norway last year starting from deep inside the Arctic Circle. Tomas Sandstrom of Sweden has the benefit of more RS Aero race experience than most as s a regular visitor to our international events whilst Julie Lamarre of Sweden is set to make a comeback after placing as top lady in our 2015 RS Aerocup in Barcelona. Gerard Vos of Holland is a regular on the Dutch circuit, enjoying the opportunity to travel to compete at other lovely locations.ENTRY LIST
