24 RS Aero sailors entered the Christmas edition of the Lymington sprint racing on the river at the top of the tide. With strong winds whipping across the river it was all on....

4 minute laps, squalls, hospital shuttles, Rule 42 relaxed, qualifiers, finals, hot toddies, mince pies, Christmas jumpers, Christmas lunch and a smugglers tour!

What a day!

Saturday 8th December

For those not heading to the Youth Training at Chew or the Datchet Flyer SailJuice event, the Lymington RS Aero fleet invite you to come and join them for a day's nip and tuck short course racing at the top of the tide in the river - with a nice Christmas lunch to follow!

Please sign up in advance to let us know you are coming and book your place for lunch with the Club.

Entry is open and visitors are welcome.

A seasonal gathering! Racing at the top of the tide in the river in front of the clubs. Perfect for practicing your close quarters racing and manoeuvres whilst keeping warm with a busy tempo! Class racing in flights of up to 12 with quick fire short sprint style races - up to 8 races over 2 hours! Last year we had a great turnout of 22 RS Aeros enjoying close nip and tuck racing.

Please register in advance via the event page, so we know numbers.
Briefing: 10:30, launch straight afterwards
