'WHO IS WHO' IN TALLINN?

The popular Russian dinghy series "Who is Who" comes to Pirita, Tallinn this weekend. These regular regattas take place all over Russia and are usually sailed in either Laser or Luch boats. This time the Tallinn edition will be sailed on the RS Aero for the first time.
Interest is high in Russia since Dima Tretyakov won the 38 boat RS Aero 7 European Championship in Germany last week, with Estonia and Lithuania completing the podium!
Up to 40 entries are possible from Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland for some intense racing and the Saturday evening dinner at the RS Cafe at the Olympic Habour close to the racing village.
