RS Aero Forum

The RS Aero ACT State Champs were held within the ACT State Dinghy Championships with 13 RS Aeros turning out and a good number of visitors travelling to support the growing local RS Aero fleet.

Racing was conducted in very windy conditions with only two races completed on Saturday before a very unexpected, brief & savage storm front hit the fleet and ended racing.

Three further races were completed on Sunday with plenty on again, with some big shifts and gusts across the course. Whilst the race committee only recorded a max gust of 24kts, the Canberra airport had a few readings over 30kts at times during the time we were sailing.
