The grand final came down to Monaco vs the defending champions, Italy1. In a 3 race showdown the winners were the young Team Monaco, with Riccardo Hai Gessa and Chiara Sussarello achieving a well deserved 3-0 victory. Perfect teamwork, brilliant tactical calls and fast reactions in the light breeze made the difference for Monaco, especially in the closing match where their coordination and speed gave them control. A difficult day for Italy1, with the Monegasque team controlling the tactical game and forcing errors in key moments.
The finals produced a spectacular end to a thrilling weekend of team racing in Cagliari - short courses, tight crossings, tactics on every leg, and pure teamwork at its best. What a show!
