The northern coast of Vortsjarv was teeming with life and sails when for the first time, three competitions were held at the same time near Veldeman Harbor: Estonian RS Aero/Tera Inland Championship, RS Quest Cup Series 1. Stage and Vortsjarv club's competition. Over 50 boats and almost 70 sailors in four different boat classes participated in the competition: RS Aero, RS Tera, RS Quest and trailer yachts.
Sunny Saturday and a moderate wind created an ideal start day, but Sunday added spice with a cool northeast wind which tested the endurance and skill of every athlete. Such a large gathering of sailors and boats has not been seen in Vortsjarv at least in the last half century - it was a true highlight of inland sailing.
A total of 26 young sailors participated in the RS Tera classes (Tera Sport and Tera Pro) and 17 athletes competed in the RS Aero class, splitting between two classes - the RS Aero 5 and RS Aero 6.
In both RS Aero and RS Tera class, a total of 10 races were held, which gave the athletes enough opportunities to test their abilities to the maximum.
