A great weekend for a few RS Aero sailors at Batemans Bay Sailing Club for their Anzac Weekend Regatta. It started on Saturday soft and tricky and ended on Sunday wild and woolly in 25 knots with some seriously big waves…. the reaches were a hoot!
Six RS Aeros turned out and raced with a mix of RS Aero 6s & 7s in the mixed class fleet on corrected time against Tasars, Lasers, Finns and RS100s.
Congratulations to 1st RS Aero Gary Ratcliffe in 3rd overall, just ahead of Darryl Bentley. Both were in RS Aero 7s.
