Dun Laoghaire Frostbites - Dun Laoghaire Motor YC, Dubin, Ireland, 23rd March 2025

Congratulations to Noel Butler (RS Aero 6) on winning the overall winter series PY Class at the Dun Laoghaire Frostbites hosted by the Dun Laoghaire Motor YC. Noel won on Sunday 23rd March, giving him both the 2nd series (post New Year) and the overall 2024/25 winter titles. Within the RS Aero Class Paul Phelan (RS Aero 7) took 2nd and Sarah Dwyer (RS Aero 6) 3rd.
In total 30 mixed class boats competed in the PY fleet and the whole winter series was no less that 45 races long, including a few races lost to the weather.

Next up for the Irish RS Aeros is the RS Aero Irish Eastern Champs at Swords Sailing & Boating Club this weekend 5/6 April before a large Irish team travels south to Lake Garda Italy for the RS Aero European Championship over 24-27 April.
