RS Aero Boat Handling, with George Cousins
Thanks to George Cousins for an excellent online coaching session on boat handling last night and thanks to Sammy I-J for teeing it all up. George used video clips taken during his RS Aero training weekends to work his way around the course and regular boat handling scenarios.
The sign up was a record 69 RS Aero sailors from around the world, representing no less than 9 nations!
The session lasted an hour with sailors able to ask their questions via the chat facility.
It was a fantastic way to get set for the new season with spring well and truly here in the northern hemisphere. Now diarise some events to look forward to!

George Cousins is a regular coach with the RS Aero UK Winter Training and a past World Championship medallist in the RS Aero Class. With his analytical approach he will delve into the detail of RS Aero boat handling using video clips taken during his training. How to help your RS Aero sail around the course fast, rather than fighting it - getting the most out of your manoeuvres whilst avoiding any pitfalls!
The session will last for around an hour online via Google Meet, with a 45 minute talk and a Q&A afterwards for those burning questions you may have. It is included in the UK Winter Training Series fee for those enrolled in the whole series and is available to all RS Aero UK and International Class Members for a fee of £10.00.
Surely this has to be the best value & warmest training you can do at this time of year!
