Online RS Aero Class Training with Mark Rushall - Wed 12th Feb
Thanks to Mark Rushall for an excellent Online Training Session last night. Mark is a Strategist for the British Sailing Team’s Olympic Games team, coach, mentor, author and sailing journalist.
Nearly 40 keen RS Aero sailors tuned in to listen to Mark's top tips and insights on how to prepare in advance for a championship venue. Mark spoke generally covering good processes that can be followed for any venue - but this year he also paid specific attention to Lake Garda for our RS Aero Europeans in April and Quiberon for our RS Aero Worlds in July!
A beauty of our online sessions is that they can be very international as RS Aero sailors can tune in worldwide. We had 5 counties represented across various time zones including AUS, IRL, GER, FRA and GBR. Entry was just £10 and included within the UK Winter Training Programme, for all the sailors enrolled on that full series.
The next online session is in March, date to be confirmed. Watch out for the announcements!
