RS Aero Sardinian Zonal Champs #1 - Veliamoci, Torre Grande, Oristano, Sardinia, Italy, 9 Feb
2025 RS Aero season opened in Sardinia with the first zonal regatta at Veliamoci in Oristano.
Medium breezes and the pleasant Sardinian winter climate gave the 19 competitors in the RS Aero 5s and 6s four great races.
Sailors represented four Sardinian Clubs; CV NOX at Porto Rotondo, Veliamoci at Torre Grande, LNI Cagliari and LNI del Sulcis at Calasetta and all four clubs had sailors on the podiums! Everyone enjoyed the fresh start to the season both on the water and sharing pasta ashore with lots of laughter in company.
