County Cooler - Notts County SC, Nottingham, UK, 25/26 Jan
Four RS Aeros joined the mixed fleet of 34 boats and several windsurfs for this winter's County Cooler at Notts County SC. They enjoyed a variety of winds in between storms with some success!
Congratulations to Joe Scurrah (Notts County SC) in his RS Aero 7 on winning overall with 3 wins in the 5 races. A dominant finish on Sunday with 2 wins saw the job done as the breeze increased with the storm kicking back in.
Congratulations to Rebecca Ogden (Notts County SC) on finishing top Woman in 6th overall in her RS Aero 6.
The County Cooler is part of a four event series at East Midland Sailing Clubs. The next event is the Burton Blizzard on 8/9 February. Then the dinghies only move onto Staunton on 22/23 February with the finale at Ogston on 1/2 March. All are welcome to the open events.
