After its huge success last year the RS Aero UK Class Association are very happy to welcome all RS Aero sailors back to another online Class training led by Team GB Tactician Mark Rushall. Mark is a well established sailing coach, mentor, author and sailing journalist. He is the strategist for the British Sailing Team including the Olympic Games teams.

Mark's evening is titled 'Countdown to success: What is your routine?' and will delve into what sailors can think about in advance to help make those crucial first beat decisions more intuitive.  The session will last for around an hour, with a 30-45 minute talk by Mark and a Q&A afterwards for those burning questions you may have.

 

This session will be held online via Google Meet and is available to all RS Aero UK and International Class Members for a Fee of £10.00. (Surely this has to be the cheapest, warmest training you can do at this time of year!).
