Sailing Southwest Winter Series
Eight RS Aeros turned out for the Sutton Bingham Icicle Pursuit at Yeovil, Somerset on Sunday 11th Feb, the fourth leg in the Sailing Southwest Winter Series, a good proportion of the 25 boat mixed class fleet.
Previously referred to as 'the Garda of Somerset' in RD Aero Open Meeting legend, when the wind has funelled down its arms, Sutton Bingham is perhaps Yeovils best kept sailing secret. This event however saw light to medium winds and mild winter temperatures.
Congratulations to Andrew Frost (Sutton Bingham) in his RS Aero 7 sailing through to take 2nd overall, between the winning OK and the K1 in 3rd.

Sailing Southwest Winter Series

This weekend's Pursuit Race is part of the popular Southwest Winter Series and has already got 8 RS Aeros signed up.
Meduim winds and mild temperatures are forecast.
