In appreciation of all the work done by Bill Bell, Black Rock YC run this regatta in the Classes he loved and sailed and include the modern RS Aero.
Congratulations to Peter Milne in taking the RS Aero Class at the Bill Bell Regatta from Ron Fergusson in 2nd and Nicholas Wallis in 3rd.
