Irish RS Aero Northerns - Ballyholme YC, Northern Ireland, 20/21st Aug 2022
Ballyholme YC, Northern Ireland hosted the RS400, RS200 National Championship and the RS Aero, RS Feva and RS2000 Northern Championship, all supported by Simply Telecom. A small but refined crew competed during the holiday period in the RS Aeros for the Irish RS Aero Northerns with visitors travelling up from Howth.
Congratulations to Liam Glynn (Ballyholme YC) on taking the title with a clean sweep of 1sts. Daragh Sheridan (Howth YC) took a convincing 2nd and Mike Kimber (Ballyholme YC) 3rd. The top 3 on corrected time PY scoring were all RS Aero 7s.
RS Aero 6s have arrived in Ireland with two at this event and the top RS Aero 6 was John Phelan (Howth YC) in 4th overall.
