Hi
My swivel became loose (screw in bottom through the fair lead casting) and most of the balls went over the side when I tacked
Does anyone know if I can get replacement balls for it, and if so what size/supplier name?
Thanks everyone.

I agree that longer screws are the answer. I was more interested in if anyone else had the same issue. The way that the cleat came undone tells me that it was only probably connected on one side in the first place and now with a new bracket, I can only again screw one side of the cleat. Worth checking to ensure its not a more common issue with me the first unfortunate recipient.
RS are in contact and hopefully we will resolve it soon.Reply 02/08/2016 17:13:48

My immediate response would be to contact RS, explain the situation and ask for longer bolts, please. OR....assuming that all that needs replacing is the cleat and everything else is original, use the original bolts. They should be long enough to go through the cleat, chocks and fitting as the did so originally. If, however, you have added new chocks to raise the cleat height/angle, the new bolts are down to you.Reply 01/08/2016 09:51:44

Hi Guys
I was sailing along recently and the kicker swivel cleat fell apart on the deck. RS kindly sent another straight away but I am having a real problem attaching it. Basically, the two bolts are too short and I cannot latch it all together unless I take out one of the chocks, which then makes the kicker horizontal to the deck and hard to pull on. Any thoughts?
