Not quite the scale of the Volkswagen recall, but I've just had my RS Aero bolt rope corrected. Very well organised, by email, and very prompt from North. In transit my posh batten key was lost, but RS have promised to replace it. In my book, RS made this small negative recall into a positive. Ken at Hayling Island.
