Rob, give it rinse with fresh water and try a squirt of lube. Let me know if it's still a problem. Harken ratchets are pretty robust bits of kit. Jnr RS Customer Support

My mainsheet auto ratchet was working fine but just stopped working and runs free what ever switch setting or persuasive action I take.
Harken manual refers to a load adjustment with a 2.5 allen key but I can't see it on this model and don't it will be answer as there was more than enough load.
Anyone had a similar problem?
