Remove end cap , attach a long length (at least 1.5 times length from hole to boom end )of strong thread to dyneema loop , hold boom vertical and push old loop through hole into boom and it will drop to the ground . Remove old loop and attach new loop . Pull new loop back up to the hole and pull through. It may be a tight fit and you may need pliers or another tool to help pull it through . Check other loops while you are doing the job. Then replace end cap.Reply 10/09/2023 06:40:00

Hi, my aft Boom Dyneema loop for the mainsheet block needs to be replaced. Has anybody performed this before and/or knows any tips or tricks for replacing the loops? Do I need to remove the end fittings for access? Thanks in advance!Reply 09/09/2023 02:47:00
