I store my Aero in the Trailer. For sure I close the door.
There is space for two aeros in the trailer.Reply 08/09/2021 18:24:00

I sail my Aero in winter although I doubt Melbourne, Australia winters as as bad as Canada or Vermont :)
(I've seen plenty of Lasers stored deck-to-deck over the years with no issues so an Aero on top at about half the weight shouldnt be a problem)Reply 08/09/2021 00:18:00

I've stored my Aero upside down on top of my Laser (which is on a trailer) in my unheated garage in northern VT, using carriers I made to carry 2 Lasers "clamshelled" (i.e. deck to deck) and spars, for 2 winters now. I haven't had any issues. The carriers are padded with carpet. The Aero hull is so light I can't see this being an issue.Reply 07/09/2021 00:16:00

I am thinking about storing my Aero in my unheated garage during our Canadian winter. The garage is tight for space but I could easily store the hull on its back (e.g., upside down) with sawhorse supports at the stern and at the bow near the mast hole. I know that the ideal long term storage for the Aero is on the dolly hanging on the lips of the deck. Any guidance on proposed upside down strategy is welcomed.
