TopTip #83 comes from the weekly RS Aero International Zoom Race Training we have been enjoing recently with George Cousins at 18:00 (UTC) on Thursdays.
George podiumed at the 2018 RS Aero 9 World Championships at Weymouth from the 42 boat fleet.
For those who missed it with keen audiences asleep in AUS/NZL/JPN we streamed to facebook, making it available to all later. In this 45 minute production George uses his videos from the UK Youth Team training weekends to promote discussion and describe some of his top tips to improve your starting and first beats and provide some analytical insights to help prepare you for this summer's main events..

So far we have seen representation from the UK, New Zealand, Iceland, Ireland, USA, Australia Japan, Nothern Ireland, Scotland and the Isle of Man and many more via the facebook recording. Keep an eye out on the RS Aero Class facebook group and this forum for the Zoom joining link. Otherwise catch up with the recording later. This Thursday 25th Feb we are covering 'Tacking and Gybing' our RS Aeros.
