I would like to add a clinometer to my deck (it shows boat heel - see attached image). I think this is calibration and so be within class rules: C6.1.3(e). Can this be confirmed?
If not, it is not listed amongst C5 permitted "portable equipment" - is it possible to obtain a dispensation for it?
