In my opinion it needs to be played, just like the vang. Board too high and it effects your tracking, board too low and your tripping over it or rounding up. In different waves and wind- different board height.

Hey guys, quick simple question perhaps: on the aero, when sailing on a reach, whats the best setting for the daggerboard to obtain the best performance? Thanks
