RS Aero Adventure - from the Swiss mountains to the Spanish coast!
It is not all about the racing! There is also lots of fun to be had touring, visiting new venues, exploring and simply progressing skills whist exercising in the fresh air. With that attitude Heather Chipperfield took her RS Aero with her on holiday from the UK to Palamos, Spain - via the Swiss mountains! Conditions were great with some large Mediterranean waves to surf!
''We travelled to Palamos Spain, via eating in France and skiing in Switzerland. Rather than sit on the beach whilst Giles was sailing I took along my RS Aero and had a few days of fabulous winter sailing, with excellent per arranged local coaching. Travelling through Europe was surprisingly easy, although customs on the Swiss border of France were surprised we were taking a sailing dinghy to Kandersteg in the Alps. Highly recommended!''
