Sam's 12 Hour Cycle Challenge to support the NHS, UK Please support Sam, one of our top RS Aero 5 sailors, in this noble endeavour to support NHS staff and volunteers caring for Covid-19 patients.

Sam explains;
'On Friday the 24th of April at around half past seven in the morning I will be heading out into my garden to continuously ride (nowhere) for 12 long hours on my turbo trainer.
I wanted to set myself a challenge during this lockdown period and do my bit to help the amazing NHS staff who are working tirelessly to help those who have suffered from the coronavirus.
Hopefully my challenge will inspire you to leave a small donation to say thank you to all of the NHS staff that are working endlessly to save lives due to COVID-19
