Reach out to your supplier / the manufacturer for their response.
Some occasional voids might be expected, but sub-surface voids make more prone to damage from minor knocks, or otherwise innocuous minor repairs.

Hi, I recently purchased a new RS Aero, but the trailing edge of the centreboard delaminated after a minor impact. I repaired the delamination by filling it with epoxy, clamping it, and then gently sanding the area. However, during the sanding process, additional voids opened up along the trailing edge near the repair. Upon closer inspection, it seems that the an extensive section of the trailing edge is filled with air bubbles or voids (see attached photo). Is this normal, or does it indicate a possible manufacturing defect?
