CHICHESTER SNOWFLAKE
Congrats to the RS Aeros taking 1st, 2nd and 5th overall in the Medium Fleet at the end of the four day winter series. The series was well supported with RS Aeros from 5 local clubs opting for good winter racing together in the shelter of the top of Chichester Harbour.

Steve Cockerill (Stokes Bay) had done enough early on to clinch the series before Sunday, allowing him a 'day off' in the warmth of Ally Pally on the Rooster Stand and the Main Stage presenting at the RYA Dinghy Show.
For the final day Mark Riddington (Emsworth Slipper) stepped up to take two 1sts to clinch 2nd overall. Toby Schofield (Felpham) took both 2nds to make a comeback to 5th.

Day 3, 18th Feb
Steve Cockerill was pipped by a N12 twice this week but with two 2nds bagged he now looks good for the series.
Mark Riddington holds onto 2nd overall going into the final event but this week it was John Derbyshire in his RS Aero 7 with two 3rds who was 2nd Aero to Steve.

Steve and Mark extend their lead in their RS Aero 7s in the medium fleet on a brisk but sunny day at the top of Chi Harbour.
Fortunately no snowflakes yet!

Congrats to the RS Aeros braving the weather to have some fun on a winters day at Chichester YC's Snowflake. They all held their own admirably in the Medium fleet, taking the top spots.
There are 3 more days' racing in that series, alternate Sundays on 4 & 18 Feb & 4 March. Any more in Chichester Harbour, Hayling, Felpham etc fancy joining them?
