RS Aero Youth World Championship Travemunde Woche, Germany
UPDATE - *POSTPONED to 2021*
The RS Aero Youth World Championship and the RS Feva World Championship will be postponed 1 year to Travemunde Woche 2021, now confirmed with TW. The RS Teras will not join as they have another plan.
We might anticipate RS Aero Youth Worlds racing at TW from Sun 25-Thurs 29 July 2021 if the main RS Aero World Champs is to start at Garda the following week on Mon 2 Aug (TBC). Three clear days will allow time to celebrate, travel, relax and refocus.
There is a plan for adult RS Aero racing at TW2021 with the German Class making it their international open and regional champs, ideal for parents who would like to race as well.

*CANCELLED* due to the virus.
RS Sailing will be in contact with those who have paid entry fees and for charter RS Aeros to make a refund.
There is a proposal that the first RS Aero Youth World Championship will be postponed 1 year to Travemunde Woche 2021 (TBC). Please send any feedback or queries on that plan to Peter Barton.
The current plan is;
* The overall age limit definition in 2021 would remain the same - under 22 years on 31st December 2021.
* The main RS Aero World Championship 2021 at Malcesine Garda would be the week after TW2021. We would aim to have 3 clear days between the last racing day at Travemunde and the first racing day at Garda to allow sailors competing in both events time to celebrate, travel, relax and refocus.
* The 2nd RS Aero Youth World Championship is planned for Weymouth, UK, 2022 to be part of the four yearly RS Games where all RS Classes will compete at Weymouth over a two week period. It will be followed by the open RS Aero Championship there, so youth sailors could race both events over the two weeks.

*Online Entry* is now open for the 1st RS Aero Youth World Championship at Travemunde Woche!
We had an awesome RS Aero European Championship here on Germany's Baltic coast back in 2017, a popular venue with all the other RS Classes too. We look forward to returning for this exciting new Worlds in 2020 alongside the RS Teras, RS Fevas and RS500s.
Entry is open to sailors aged under 22 years on 31st Dec 2020 and the Championship will be competed in RS Aero 5s and RS Aero 7s.
