Unfortunately with deteriorating weather forecasts for Saturday and the imminent arrival of Storm Dennis, Oxford SC have reluctantly decided to cancel the 2020 Oxford Blue.
We will be in contact regards refunds for those who have entered in advance'

RS Aero UK Winter Championships The Oxford Blue, Farmoor
Saturday 15th February
With sailing cancelled across the UK today whilst ravaged by Storm Ciara there remains the perfect opportunity to make up for it next Saturday 15th at Oxford. 3 races in 1 day at this central location make it all worthwhile for a big day out.
33 RS Aeros are now registered providing great Class racing within the larger mixed Class PY event.
Do sign up soon, only 30 spaces remain before the 150 limit is reached.

30 RS AEROS!
are now signed up for The Oxford Blue, our RS Aero UK Winter Champs. For the 4th time in 8 event SailJuice Series this winter the RS Aero 5s are the largest Class entered again so far, going from strength to strength having already been the largest class at Grafham, Queen Mary and King George.
We will have great Class racing within the main event and with 3 races it is a full day's racing at a central location to kick start an exciting new season.

Round 11 of the RS Aero UK Winter Series
There are not a huge number of trophies up for grabs in the relatively new RS Aero Class but the RS Aero UK Winter Championships does have a big one! This awesome non Aero replica with fireside poker already has five years of shields engraved. Who will be the 2020 winner?
Scoring Explained
- The Oxford Blue is scored overall on average lap time PYs with around 150 dinghies on the score sheet!
- The RS Aero UK Winter Series will take the scores of the RS Aeros in the order they finish amongst the RS Aeros in the Oxford Blue overall result.
- The RS Aero UK Winter Champs will score the RS Aeros using the extracted RS Aero positions they finish in each race amongst the RS Aeros, to achieve a purer overall RS Aero result.
50% Sail - Prize Draw!
Once again this winter RS Sailing have generously put up a 50% discount voucher for a new sail to support our RS Aero UK Winter Series 2019/20. Everyone who qualifies by competing in at least 3 of the 14 events will be entered into a prize draw with an equal chance of winning!
The Trophy will be awarded at the Spring Champs at Chew in April, alongside the Winter Series Prize Giving and the draw for the sail voucher.
24 RS Aeros are now signed up! Enter now whilst spaces remain as there is a 150 boat total limit.

Over the past few years we have had a tremendous entry of 40-50 RS Aeros enjoying this early season event, providing great Class racing in addition to the whopping mixed fleet overall PY challenge! Come and join the fleet for an awesome start to the 2020 season!
These winter events do get booked up in advance so pop your entries in now!
100 places of the 150 limit are now taken and a great fleet of RS Aeros is forming with 21 signed up already!
